Guji was previously lumped under Yirgacheffe, but was delineated as a separate microregion thanks to its unique growing conditions that produce a spectacular profile that’s floral, complex and sweet. Guji profile shines through with a black tea body, bright berries and stone fruit.

Named for the rattlesnake, our Cascavel Verde (Portuguese for green) is a classic, fruity Brazil with citric acidity and floral notes. Sourced through our vertically integrated supply chain, our 84 SCA cup Cascavel offers sustainable, consistent coffees at an accessible price.

Around 150 smallholder farmers from Acatenango, Coban, and San Martin are a part of the Asoproguate cooperative. The cooperative aims to give participating farmers access to the larger international coffee market. By gaining access, smaller farmers have the opportunity to grow their businesses.
