Costa Rican coffee is considered one of the best in the world, the taste and aroma of the grain depend on the region of production and the method of processing. With the wet method, the drink turns out to be soft, with a honey flavor, with notes of milk chocolate and fruit. With the dry method, the grains acquire a more citrus character, notes of berries and grapes appear in the bouquet. Finally, honey processing makes coffee less acidic and sweeter.
